Bruce Braine is an independent consultant and part-time economics lecturer at the Ohio State University. He is a former vice president, strategic policy analysis, at American Electric Power. (He retired from AEP in February 2016). Bruce has a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University.
